COVID-19 business operations update

The outbreak of COVID-19, widely known as the coronavirus, has turned into a global pandemic. As a result, we want to be as transparent as possible and keep you informed about our capacity. We will be posting regular updates about our retail operations as the situation continues. 

Tiger Darts is COVID-19 free and fully operational

Our retail operation is not disturbed by the outbreak, and so far neither has our supply chain and various service providers we use. New orders are processed, packed and dispatched as usual.

We have and will continue to monitor every area of our business to ensure it stays that way. One element that is out of our control though however, is that of delivery times.

Deliveries may take longer

We're constantly monitoring the situation from multiple sources, including our delivery services. This means we're able to update customers on any delays as soon as they're reported. However, deliveries simply take longer to get to their destination, like trucks, vans and planes take on more deliveries and move slower.

 Our current estimation is a 2-day delay on top of existing delivery times.
