Delivery Options
Tiger Darts branded, stylised brands, general darts products and accessories from the store are all stock items and will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 4pm (cut-off).
Tiger Darts "Merch" and all charity products are made to order, and usually ship within 3 working days.
Our design and repair services all carry individual lead times which can be found on the service page. Please note that coating services can take up to 3 weeks due to the batching process we employ to keep the cost to you down. We therefore specify a 28 day turnaround, but in reality this is often just 2 weeks - and we're working hard to get this down to under a week as we now how you feel without your favourite set to hand!
Where possible, to reduce shipping costs and packaging waste, we will send all items in your order together.

Items are normally only shipped Monday to Friday.
Order Tracking
We only use Royal Mail tracked services so you will always receive a tracking URL to follow your parcel. In cases where the entire order is dispatched separately, you'll receive more than one of these.
Packaging
We strive to use eco-friendly packaging materials and may reuse boxes and packaging where possible in alignment with our sustainability promise. We appreciate they may not be the prettiest, but it's what's inside that counts!
International Restrictions & Duty
We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred due to import taxes or customs duty that maybe applied when being received in your delivery country. Please check in advance if these might be applied.
Due to the nature of our products, some restrictions may apply to the country you are in, please check in advance regarding the products you are ordering, to avoid any disappointment.
Items Sent To Us
For design and customisation services such as PVD Coating, Shot Blasting and Groove Painting, please make sure that you first protect your darts by wrapping them carefully and separately or using a point protector so they avoid rubbing together in transit.
All items sent to us are done so at the owners risk. Whilst we endeavour to preserve the condition of your items, issues with carriers and production accidents can occur.
Details of how and where to send your darts too, will be in your order confirmation.
Returns
Whether you're ordered a stylised dart set, new set of Tiger Darts or even simply a mug, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you're not, we're here to help :)
To get the process started, please contact us by emailing wtf@tigerdarts.com within 14 calendar days, letting us know what's wrong. We will then look into the best solution and course of action.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not directly responsible for Royal Mail and their overseas delivery partners, therefore any item that is advised as lost or damaged in transit will only be replaced following a successful investigation and compensation claim from Royal Mail due to the products bespoke one-off nature.
Items are not regarded as lost with the Royal Mail until 15 working days (UK) or 21 working days (Europe & RoW) have elapsed from date of posting.
Claims for lost items must be made within the time frame stated above, for damaged items we must be notified immediately upon receipt.
We work with Royal Mail during the investigation and claim process period to clarify the package is 100% lost, a letter for details will be sent by Royal Mail to the intended recipient. This process can take up to 30 days to reach its conclusion.
On notification of a suspected lost item we will forward a claim form which must be completed and returned within 48 hours. This will form part of the investigation with Royal Mail.
